Li Huowang, a high school student, has a unique ability: whenever he closes his eyes, he is transported to a bizarre cultivation world. In this strange realm, he is captured by someone who addresses him as “Master” and turns him into a living medicine—a human cauldron that could be transformed into a pill at any moment.
In the real world, however, Li Huowang is a psychiatric patient, unable to attend school due to his mental illness. The doctors insist that the bizarre cultivation world is nothing more than a hallucination.
Trapped between reality and illusion, truth and deception, Li Huowang collapses, crying out in despair:
“Mom, I don’t know what’s real anymore!”
